Thank you for visiting our Scheduling Request Page. We've designed this page to be your one-stop for submitting a request. Please allow our office at least 10 weeks advance notice of the event or meeting request whenever possible.

The Mayor's director of scheduling will notify you via email of Mayor Hickenlooper's availability approximately 5 weeks prior to the requested event or meeting. Due to the large volume of requests received, Mayor Hickenlooper is not able to accommodate each of them.

We respectfully request that you do not place Mayor Hickenlooper's name on any notifications, invitations or agendas unless you receive written confirmation from our Director of Scheduling.

Please do not send any additional, faxes, phone calls and/or invitations. If you need to update us on any information submitted in the form below, please email milehighscheduler@denvergov.org and reference the name and date of the event.
